赵俊峰，字子瞰，斋号玄轩、石渠阁，别署飞鸿、墨子、山中隐者。山西省泽州县人，本科学历，美术师，中员，九三学社社员，供职于泽州县文化局。现为中国硬笔书法协会协会员、九三学社山西书画院书法家，山西省书法家协会会员，山西省青年书法家协会会员，山西省硬笔书法协会常务理事，晋城市硬笔书法协会主席。
赵俊峰的作品多次在省级以上展出并获奖。他完成了个人电脑字体库——“赵俊峰钢笔行書”。他的文章发表于《笔阵图》（山西省书法家协會會刊）等报刊。他曾任主编，并编辑印发《晋城市首届硬笔书法作品集》。他编撰了《晋城书法二十年》，由北岳文艺出版社出版。在2011年，被中国硬笔書協會及《中國鋼筆書藝》杂志评为“全国双百优書畫家”，并在2017年被授予“2016年度先進個人”荣誉称号。
